I have a problem what do I do?
Relax its okay. First of all read the rest of the below FAQ’s to see if they answer your question and if not then just email us at weborder@princecharlescinema.com and we will do our best to help.
When will I receive my order?
Most items are printed and fulfilled on demand once you place an order. It takes 2-5 working days to fulfil an item, after which your item will arrive in another 2-5 working days. We will let you know once your order has been shipped!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Apple Pay!
Will all items arrive together?
There are some products that we'll ship separately due to packaging differences. For example if you ordered a tote and two t-shirts, the t-shirts will be shipped together and the tote separately. You will receive shipping confirmation for both.
Will you post me a membership card?
No. Membership cards (and Admit1 vouchers) can be collected from the box office anytime. You will receive a confirmation email with all membership details so you can use it online to book tickets straight away!
Can I buy your merchandise in person when I visit the Prince Charles Cinema?
Unfortunately we do not stock any of the designs on site at the cinema as the items we sell here are printed and fulfilled on demand once you place an order.
Where do you ship to?
We are currently shipping to the UK and most of Europe; Germany, Italy, France, Sweden, Switzerland, Poland, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, Croatia, Ukraine, Denmark, Norway, Romania, Czech Republic, Iceland, Finland, Ireland, Hungary, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Luxembourg, Albania, Belarus, Cyprus, Serbia, Lithuania, Spain, Estonia, Slovakia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Greece.
We are working on shipping internationally to the US and Australia. Keep an eye on our social media channels for updates.
What’s your return policy?
We do not offer returns or exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at weborder@princecharlescinema.com within 30 days of placing your order.
What about sustainability?
We work with a print-on-demand service which means products get printed only when we get an order for. This allows us to avoid textile waste and overproduction.
All of our T-shirts are eco-friendly.
Our printing partner's printing tech creates almost no wastewater and uses less energy.
The inks used for printing are water-based and free of harmful chemicals.
Damaged and returned products will be donated to charities.
Are your T-shirts ethically sourced?
The T-shirt company we work with has received a platinum certification in WRAP (Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production). The certification ensures employees are treated ethically and their production sites are eco-conscious and sustainable.
